Mangnous Oxide (MnO)

 

We make different grades of Manganese Oxide (MnO) ranging from Mn 50% to Mn 60% in powder and Granular form . The powder form ranges from 100 mesh to 200 mesh (BSS) & Granular Form depends on ore size. The powder is used in Animal feed Industry, Fertilizer Industry, Welding Industry etc.
Production Capacity : 600 metric ton/month.

Manganese Dioxide. (MnO2)


Pyrloxide

We make different grades of Manganese Dioxide (MnO2) ranging from MnO2 60% to MnO2 90% in powder as well as Granular form. The powder form ranges from 100 mesh to 300 mesh (BSS) & Granular Form ranges from 0.4mm to 1 mm. The powder is used in Battery Industry, Glass Industry, Zinc smelting Industry and Ceramic Industry.
One of our major breakthroughs in the field of MnO2 is our product in Granular form. This product needs a very precise distribution of size ranging from 0.5 mm to 1mm and we are the only company in India that have been successful in manufacturing this product and exporting it. The main use of this product is in the Water treatment plant where this granular MnO2 is used to remove iron from the water. The other Industry where this product is used is the Glass Industry where it is used to give color to the glass.

Low Carbon Ferro Manganese lumps/powder

We make different grades of low carbon ferro Manganese lumps/powder ranging from LC Ferro Manganese 70% to Mananese 80% in powder and lumps. The powder form ranges from -60 mesh to 200 mesh (BSS) & lumps Form depends on size. The powder is used in Welding Industry .
Production Capacity : 200 metric ton/month.

High Carbon Ferro Manganese

We make different grades of High Carbon Ferro Manganese lumps/powder.These are used in the steel industry for various applications.

Silico Manganese

The Silico Manganese is used in the steel industry mainly for de-oxidation and various other applications.
